This sushi restaurant in Kitakyushu, known for its many famous establishments, is quite difficult to book. I was fortunate to secure a reservation this time and visited. The atmosphere was very welcoming and pleasant. This place offers delicious fish that you can rarely taste outside of Kyushu. The sushi rice was also very tasty and had a good portion size. Overall, it was an outstanding restaurant.
