This restaurant exceeded my expectations. I requested a wine pairing this time, and I was able to choose from three different wines for the first selection. The wines were perfectly matched to enhance the unique flavors of the dishes, showcasing the delicious ingredients from Kyushu. I heard the menu changes every month, so I definitely want to visit again!
