On this day, I headed to Kyobashi. It had been about six months since my last visit to Tanaka Yoshihide. I arrived at the restaurant at 8 PM. The restaurant is located about a 5-minute walk from Kyobashi Station, nestled within the Kyobashi shopping arcade. Inside, there is an L-shaped counter with only 8 seats. This time, I sat side by side with three friends at the front (*´-`). The meal consists solely of an omakase course, starting all at once. We began with a Kaku Highball ( ^ ^ )/□. This day’s course featured a lot of seasonal vegetables. That said, it was still quite filling, and I was sure to leave with a full stomach (*≧∀≦*). I heard they will be relocating next year, so I hope to come back one more time before that (*´∀`)♪. It was a great meal.< Omakase Course >◎ Chiba Prefecture's Tachiuo (beltfish) ... A thick cut of tachiuo, filleted into three pieces, is served. It is grilled and then served with a sauce made from clam and jidori chicken broth, along with Tohnoen's turnip, dried tangerine peel, and Jinhua ham. The black shichimi adds a nice accent and is delicious.◎ Sashimi ... Featuring Ama Kusa's squid, purple sea urchin, and Isaki from Ainanchō. Served with a sauce made from Fujian seaweed and egg yolk marinated in Shaoxing wine. This sauce pairs well with both sake and rice~ (๑>◡
