Gion Nishi, located in Kyoto's Gion district, has a wonderful atmosphere created by the chef, the owner, and the apprentices. It feels very welcoming and comfortable. The dishes are centered around traditional Kyoto cuisine, with a playful twist that makes dining here enjoyable. The selection of drinks is also impressive, and I definitely want to visit again. It's also great that making reservations is easy.
