One of my favorite and cherished restaurants, "Chisou Nishi Kenichi." On this day, I was worried about whether I could make it to the restaurant due to the typhoon, but the weather turned out to be so nice that I thought, "Where's the typhoon?" Everyone arrived before the scheduled time.- Chilled corn soup (Mirai) - Fried barracuda with tomato sauce - Horse mackerel with pickled pearl onions - Sago fish with ham-natto, orido eggplant, and garlic powder - Itoyori sea bream with zucchini - Red sea bream with asparagus and beet powder - Okisai - Puff pastry with blowfish and onions - Risotto with squid and kale - Peach from Osada with Fujieda gyokuro soup and black文字 oil, plus peach powder - New Summer orange peel, chocolate terrine, and coffee It was a continuous delight of deliciousness. The staff had changed a bit, but the quality remained consistently high. The customers were all gentle and kind, creating a warm atmosphere. Thank you, it was a great meal!
