I always look forward to visiting Kojitsu, but it’s becoming increasingly difficult to make a reservation. I heard that the evening seats for 2027 are already fully booked...The kind chef and owner, along with the comforting dishes, create a truly soothing experience.I was able to enjoy the last of the summer ingredients, such as sweetfish, pike eel, and eel, just in time.I’m looking forward to my next visit!
