One of my favorite Japanese restaurants in Nagoya, "Shumoku Cho Shimizu," has given me the opportunity to visit again. The ingredients on this day were exceptional, but what truly stands out is the chef's remarkable preparation and cooking techniques. I don't have any photos of the dishes to share, but the ability to bring out the flavors of the finest ingredients available right now is truly impressive. This restaurant leaves you feeling happy after your meal. I look forward to my next visit!
