I came to Fukuoka and wanted to try the local cuisine.I made a reservation in advance and visited "Tsugumi" for the first time.Since I was seated at the counter, I had the opportunity to chat with the young chef.The staff mentioned they are successors of a historic suppon (soft-shelled turtle) inn, which adds a youthful energy to the place.They used various ingredients from Hakata, and I really enjoyed it. The fugu (pufferfish) was quite impressive.It was delicious, thank you for the great meal!
