Wow! I finally got to visit this highly sought-after restaurant that has a six-month reservation wait! The owner, Mr. Maeda, is not only kind and charming but also has a strong sense of hospitality. He addresses all the customers by name, showing incredible attention to detail and care. Since I was seated at the counter, I had the pleasure of chatting with him while he provided detailed explanations about the fish, which made me feel like I was receiving top-notch service. And of course, the fish was absolutely delicious, truly captivating!
