Thank you so much!♪The person who invited me has been a regular since the previous owner, and they had secured a seat right in front of the grill.We started with a toast over craft beer!♪Fortunately, they had managed to get some natural eel from Amakusa, so I opted for a tasting course comparing it with farmed eel.From the skewers to everything else, the flavors were absolutely stunning!♡The highlight was the natural eel rice bowl I had at the end; the texture was unforgettable.Of course, the farmed eel was also fluffy and delicious.Watching the eel being prepared right in front of me added to the experience, and the chef's detailed explanations about the eel were fantastic.I definitely want to come back regularly...It was a great meal!
