I've been to LATURE for both lunch and dinner multiple times, but I think lunch is more enjoyable. On the day of my visit, I received an SMS saying, "Your table is on the second floor." I had hoped for a seat in the basement, so that was a bit disappointing.Guests seated in the basement can enjoy the view of the restroom! As a restaurant specializing in game meat, they have a wooden hunting rifle on display. The service from the staff was truly attentive. For my second glass of white wine, I requested a "dry" option and left it up to them. It was delicious! They even checked in with me, asking, "How was it?" just as I finished.I ordered a refill. For the main course, I had the choice between "duck" and "venison," and of course, I chose the "venison."Unfortunately, the owner chef mentioned that he hasn't been able to hunt deer in Hokkaido recently. The guests were thrilled to experience both a "Michelin-starred restaurant" and "game meat" for the first time! All the knives had the "LATURE" logo, and all the forks were from "Christofle."
