I had lunch alone at "Unagi Musashino" in Urawa. The counter seat I was guided to was the perfect spot to truly experience the essence of the restaurant. As I admired the signatures of Coach Ikegami and Takanohana displayed on the wall, I found myself lost in thought about these notable figures while waiting.The "Wasyou Unagi" I enjoyed lived up to its reputation with its "fluffy and melt-in-your-mouth" texture, and the softness that seemed to vanish in my mouth was astonishing. The strength of the eel itself, without being masked by the sauce, showcased the meticulous craftsmanship of the chef, who made sure not a single bone was felt.Even without flashy performances, each bite made me sigh, "Ah, this is delicious..." showcasing their true skill.I was completely captivated by the "sincere flavor" that this renowned Urawa establishment continues to uphold.
