I made a reservation for eel in advance and arrived at 11:55 AM. Since it wasn't a seat reservation, I was told it would take about 1 to 1.5 hours. It was exactly 1 hour and 20 minutes! The eel was fluffy and melted in my mouth. The sauce wasn’t overwhelming, allowing me to add more to my liking. I ordered a regular portion of rice, but if it’s not enough, I can get a refill with sauce, and if it’s too much, they’ll wrap it up for me. Not only is the eel delicious here, but the restaurant is also clean, and the staff's attentiveness is outstanding. They offer refills of tea, apologize for the wait, and check if the seating is comfortable, all with such kind words that warm my heart. Today was my birthday, and without hesitation, I requested eel from this place from my husband.
