I visited for lunch, hearing that this is a place favored by sushi chefs. The timing worked out perfectly, and I was able to experience it. The atmosphere was serene, with pleasant service from both the chef and the apprentices, creating a comfortable vibe without any tension. Each piece of sushi was crafted with care and was simply outstanding.
