This was my third visit to celebrate my mother's birthday.This time, the menu featured:- Corn Soup- Sashimi of Bonito and Meigo- Red Sea Bream- Whitebait- Okra- Eggplant- White Sweetfish- Jindo Squid- Horse Mackerel- Seaweed Tempura- Young Corn- Vinegared Ebodai and Vegetable Salad- Young Sweetfish- Red Snapper- Corn- Spanish Mackerel- Spring Child- Tempura Rice Bowl- Mizu Yokan (Water Jelly)The fish prepared by Naoki Maeda and the vegetables sourced from contracted farmers are truly delicious. You can tell that each fish is crafted with care and passion, and the flavors, moisture, texture, and umami are all perfect, bringing smiles and surprises with every bite. I would love to come here every month if I could. I plan to visit throughout the seasons. I’m so glad we could celebrate my mother's birthday at such a wonderful restaurant.
