Dinner in Sumida Ward, Oshiage 1-chome.It’s about a 5-minute walk from Exit A1 of Oshiage Station on the Toei Asakusa Line.I visited Yakitori Omino, making a reservation through the OMAKASE site.I arrived at 7:30 PM on a weekday. After being seated, I started with a toast over a bottle of Sapporo Lager Aka boshi. The yakitori course follows an omakase stop system, and they kindly asked about any ingredients I might dislike beforehand. The dishes served in order included:Seseri (neck meat), sunagimo (gizzard), zucchini, thigh meat, ginkgo nuts, atsuage (thick fried tofu), tsukune (chicken meatballs),new ginger with fruits, kiwi, quail eggs, yakugen cartilage, Sadowara eggplant, liver, and shin bone. There were additional drink options beyond the menu, so I recommend asking about them. That day, I enjoyed two go of Hidakami and one go of Mutsu Hassen, which was on the menu. They offered Fuji mineral water in both 360ml and 780ml bottles. As I was starting to feel full, I requested duck, skin, and chicken wings, and for the finale, I ordered a rice bowl with raw egg.The staff provided attentive service, making for a very comfortable dining experience.(Visited on 4.03)
