On this occasion, I stopped by after my trip to Kanazawa. I always look forward to the delicious offerings, including fresh ingredients from Sasue, trout from Lake Biwa, and seafood from the Sea of Japan in Hokuriku. It's easily accessible not only from Kansai but also from Hokuriku, and I can't wait to visit again.
