It takes about 30 minutes to walk from Yaizu Station or Nishi-Yaizu, and while there is a bus, it runs infrequently. There is a Sasue sales location nearby. All the restaurants that use Sasue's fish are delicious, but personally, I think this one is the best. Initially, they offered a meat dish as the main course, but recently, everything has been fish. The variety is abundant, and each dish is prepared with different sauces, allowing for a unique experience with each one. This restaurant truly showcases how to cook fish deliciously. It's a wonderful seafood French dining experience.◆ Soup made with the flavor of Yoshida Town Kuataka Farm's corn, using broth from the cob and silk.◆ Horse mackerel with fermented tomato powder from Kakegawa.◆ Marinated horse mackerel with red shiso and beet onion sauce.◆ Grilled Spanish mackerel with fried Shimizu Orido eggplant, Hamamatsu natto, and garlic powder.◆ Homemade bread with Aonori from Lake Hamana.◆ Sautéed mackerel with two types of zucchini and shrimp sauce.◆ Grouper presentation with white asparagus, edamame, and citrus powder.◆ Bread with seaweed.◆ Cold appetizer using water shield from Hiroshima with tomato jelly.◆ Baked red snapper wrapped in onion and perilla pastry with beurre blanc sauce.◆ Risotto with bouillabaisse and jindou squid, topped with plum powder.◆ Peach from Nagata Town with gyokuro soup.◆ Mint ice cream from Yaizu's Hamakusa.◆ Chocolate terrine with coffee.
