Tonight, I revisited '1000' (Sen), located near Kannai Station, after quite some time.In the bustling Kannai area of Yokohama, filled with renowned restaurants, the experience of savoring a skewer here is truly exceptional. This full course meal reaffirmed my belief that it is "undeniably delicious."Starting with the moist "chicken breast," followed by the fluffy and fragrant "tsukune" (chicken meatball), and the bursting flavors of "chouchin" (chicken tail) and "Shiratama El France," each skewer was perfectly grilled and seasoned.Additionally, the exquisite a la carte dishes showcased remarkable skill.The "Kousaka chicken sashimi" enhanced by sesame oil powder brought out the sweetness of the meat, while the surprisingly rich "chilled corn potage" made from locally sourced corn in Yokohama, and the luxurious "truffle-topped liver pâté" elevated the dining experience with every dish.To finish, I indulged in a luxurious combination of "half curry" and "half ramen," followed by the flawless dessert of "crepe brulee."Even after visiting numerous famous restaurants, the overwhelming presence of this place continues to provide an unparalleled experience.I truly enjoyed this supreme moment that is essential when discussing yakitori in Yokohama.Once again, it was a fantastic meal!
