I made a lunch reservation to celebrate my mother's birthday at home. At first, I hesitated due to the price, but I decided to splurge for this once-in-a-lifetime occasion. We opted for the lunch-exclusive prefix course. Nestled deep within Ebisu Garden Place, the restaurant resembles a castle at first glance, and it didn’t look like a restaurant at all, but it certainly gave me a sense of excitement about experiencing the pinnacle of French cuisine. From the warm welcome to the detailed explanations of the dishes, the service was elegant and cheerful. I was amazed to experience the professional technique of "noticing that the cutlery had changed without realizing it." As for the dishes, I’ll leave that to what others have written, but each one was delicious, and I felt truly honored to enjoy authentic, classic French cuisine. We also enjoyed wine and a birthday cake, making it a memorable experience for the whole family, and I was extremely satisfied. The price ended up being about 1.9 times what I expected when I made the reservation, but it was such a wonderful time that I could see myself coming back for a second visit. Thank you very much!
