Located in Fukui City, Fukui Prefecture, this sushi restaurant is run by Tetsuya Tsukada, who trained at the renowned Sushi Zen in Hokkaido and is now the second generation of his family’s business. Although I was looking forward to the horse mackerel, it wasn’t in season yet, but the herring was outstanding. Ah, it was delicious!
