Course: JPY 22,000The staff understands our drinking style and pours at just the right moments. The first dish, a mango and mozzarella mousse, was so delicious that I was in ecstasy. It was incredibly tasty and disappeared in an instant. This was my first time trying a mozzarella mousse, and it’s highly addictive. The classic gnocchi fritto remains consistently delicious.I had the white asparagus and truffle omelet for the first time in a while. The fragrant, juicy, and thick white asparagus was outstanding. I enjoyed it with a generous amount of oil.The mountain fortune's fresh tuna carpaccio was also exquisite. The tuna was rich and fatty, and the gazpacho flavor was excellent. The classic kinmedai (golden eye snapper) fritto shines in a soup reminiscent of bouillabaisse. The green pea risotto initially made me hesitate, but as expected from Chef Sanwa, it was sweet and delicious. For the main dish, I chose the tender chicken. This chicken is thick and juicy, and I was torn between it and the fillet, but I went with the tender chicken again, haha.Unfortunately, the pasta with sea urchin was sold out... what a shame.I tried the long pasta with sakura shrimp and the pasta with clams and zucchini. Both were new experiences for me, and they were a great choice. We ordered two desserts each. There’s always room for dessert. We had three glasses of wine and about 6-7 beers, totaling around JPY 34,000 per person!Considering the volume and quality of the drinks, I can’t help but say it was a great value.I’m already looking forward to the next visit!
