I had the opportunity to dine at Tori Shige in Shinjuku after making a reservation on a whim, and miraculously, they had availability.I ordered the Omakase course for JPY 9800, and one by one, luxurious dishes featuring various meat preparations began to arrive.The fresh Horumon sashimi and tender white offal were incredibly delicious, and the course also included sumptuous meat dishes like strip loin steak.The restaurant was always bustling with customers, and I was grateful to enjoy another wonderful experience here.
