I visited a yakitori restaurant during my trip to Hiroshima. The location is a bit tricky to find without a map.The restaurant operates on a course system with a simultaneous start. To put it simply, the food was incredibly delicious. The chicken had a rich flavor, so there was no need to mask it with seasonings. They seemed to use several varieties, but I think most of it was from the Awami chicken breed. We started with sashimi and tataki, then enjoyed various dishes like chicken thighs, chicken wings, zucchini, and negima. The liver pâté topped with chocolate mousse that came in between was a fantastic touch for variety. The meal concluded with ramen, oyakodon, and a dessert of Catalana, all of which were simply delightful. It was a great meal!
