On a special commemorative day, I wanted to enjoy a meal at a wonderful restaurant, so I visited during my summer vacation in Tokyo for dinner. I had made a reservation for the course and special wine pairing.The seasonal ingredients and the lively presentation were truly one-of-a-kind. After tasting the delicious dishes, I tried to replicate them at home, but I completely gave up. There's no choice but to come here to enjoy the food. Everything was simply outstanding.I wish I could come every month. It was a dreamlike experience.
