I made a reservation in advance for the OMAKASE, given that it has a rating over 4 on Tabelog. It truly lived up to its reputation for deliciousness. The grilled eel was crispy on the outside while the fat melted in my mouth, and I enjoyed it with plenty of wasabi. The unadon (eel rice bowl) also met my expectations, with thick slices that were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, showcasing a perfect grilling technique.
