A year since my last visit to this famous Akita restaurant!!This time, I sat at the counter, enjoying the best dishes while chatting with the chef.The appetizer was consistently delicious.The sashimi included sea bream, sole, octopus, and mackerel.The blanched junan-sai and fugu were delightful.The stone-grilled Hinai chicken was absolutely amazing, and I discovered a fantastic sake.I had a new impression of Yuki no Bousha—so incredibly delicious!I definitely want to come back to this place.I forgot to take a picture of the tempura.
