◯ Food - Strengths I was excited to see a variety of wild vegetables that day. The use of ingredients was exceptional. - Weaknesses There’s nothing particularly wrong, but if I had to say, it was a bit too light in flavor. ◯ Service - Strengths You can feel the dedication in delivering delicious food. - Weaknesses Since there was only one staff member, it was a bit uncomfortable to casually order drinks, and it made conversation difficult, which was disappointing. ◯ Atmosphere - Strengths The space beautifully utilizes traditional Japanese design. - Weaknesses The layout and system were somewhat confusing. ◎ Overall (Would I want to go again? In what situation?) If I only consider the food, I would love to try it again. However, the slight tension from having only one staff member makes me hesitant to return. I would definitely like to experience it again in an optimal state with more staff.
