The liver sashimi had a melt-in-your-mouth quality with a confit-like coating, and the grilling on the skewers was perfectly crispy, unlike anything else. The portions were generous, making it difficult for women to finish some items in one bite.Photos were not allowed, and I felt quite tense due to the unique atmosphere.It’s an extremely hard-to-book restaurant, so I’m grateful to the person who brought me here.However, I would prefer to dine in a more relaxed setting next time.
