I visited for lunch alone.I had the Shihou Mochi Pork Spencer Roll and minced cutlet, along with a bottle of beer (medium size). It was exquisite.I was seated at the first counter table, which offered a great view of the kitchen, and I was amazed by its cleanliness.Additionally, the volume and selection of the background music were perfect. The timing of the service was impeccable, and the hospitality was top-notch.The tableware and the POP displays were also impressive.I could feel the chef's dedication (not just the master), which truly moved me.The restaurant is run solely by a couple, and I can imagine it must be challenging, but I sincerely want to support them.
