I was introduced to this restaurant by a notable figure in Kyoto quite some time ago. I felt the high barrier to entry, as it’s not easy to get a reservation without a recommendation, but I mustered the courage to try and managed to secure a spot!The dishes here are truly one-of-a-kind! There’s an emotional experience that you can’t find anywhere else—nothing more, nothing less.It’s a rare place with a strong allure that makes me want to return.Also, the owner is incredibly beautiful.It was a great meal!
