It is widely regarded as one of the finest establishments for Edomae sushi, continuously evolving while maintaining its excellence. With a Michelin star to its name, it is well-known as a reservation-only destination that attracts food enthusiasts from all over the country.Beyond just a place to enjoy delicious sushi, the special atmosphere created by the head chef, Katsu Nakaji, leaves a profound impression on all who visit.I made a reservation through TableCheck and was excited to visit. The introduction to their signature tuna, along with the chef's dedication to the vinegared rice and toppings, was both fascinating and flavorful. For dessert, we moved to a more relaxed setting, which was also delightful.It was a great meal!
