I had been curious about the game French restaurant "LATURE" in Omotesando for a while, and finally visited.Starting with their signature Blood Macaron made with deer blood, I enjoyed a variety of game meats such as bear, boar, and deer, which are not commonly found in everyday dining. On this occasion, even sea turtle made an appearance. While the ingredients might sound quite wild, each dish was refined and free from any gamey taste or difficulty in eating.Rather than simply serving rare ingredients, it felt as though each dish encapsulated the essence of the animals and the natural environment they come from, allowing me to fully experience the unique world of LATURE. The presentation and the dishes themselves told a story, keeping me excited about what would come next until the very end.Equally impressive was the wonderful service from the chef and staff. Their thoughtful attention and warm hospitality allowed my wife and me to relax and enjoy our meal comfortably throughout. This restaurant offers a deep dive into the world of game, encompassing not just the food but also the presentation and service. I definitely want to return in a different season.
