I visited this restaurant, which has become a reservation hotspot since its opening, thanks to the talented chef Kataori, whom I absolutely adore, at the invitation of a friend.The dishes served here truly reflect Kataori's philosophy and are nothing short of exceptional. They have a depth of flavor that remains delightful even after several bites.It's no surprise that this place has become so hard to book!
