This restaurant is part of a group that includes "Suzuta-shiki" and "Maki-yaki Shin-Kobe" located in Akasaka. It has become quite difficult to secure a reservation, and it’s conveniently located just a short walk from Akasaka Mitsuke Station.Throughout the meal, dishes cooked with firewood are served. You can enjoy ingredients and flavors that symbolize Minato Ward, which is characteristic of this group. I’m glad I could visit such a popular restaurant.
