I was invited to malca in Gaienmae, and I was really excited before going. They had reserved a private room for us, which was a wonderfully calming space. The atmosphere was incredibly comfortable.Since we ordered a la carte, we started with some beer. It was a fruity beer that was easy to drink and delicious. The olives were exceptionally tasty.We tried the recommended Maguro Pruquette from Yamakou, which looked like a mille-feuille and was absolutely delicious. I was thrilled by how good it was.The staff were all very pleasant, providing attentive service that made us feel welcome. I enjoyed a glass of white wine, chosen for me, which was easy to drink and very nice.We ordered a lot of appetizers, and the chilled corn soup was the best I’ve ever had—sweet and truly dessert-like. Next was the Isaki carpaccio, which was fresh and paired well with the sauce. The vegetables were also fresh.The water eggplant and peach caprese was creamy, juicy, and incredibly delicious.We had three types of pasta: Arrabbiata, Uni Aglio e Olio, and Squid Ink. Every single dish was amazing and left me in awe.For the main course, I chose the duck, which was juicy, tender, and very tasty.For dessert, we had pudding. You can tell just by that—it was incredibly delicious pudding.Every dish was fantastic, and the staff provided very attentive and pleasant service. The restaurant was clean, and the wine selection was excellent. Everything was just wonderful. It was a great meal, and I definitely want to come back!
