I finally visited a renowned restaurant in Asagaya that I had been curious about for a long time. The attention to detail in the temperature of the rice and the harmony of the sushi was impressive, especially the tuna, which paired perfectly with the rice. Each piece was of high quality, and I often found myself thinking, "No wonder this place is popular."However, perhaps due to my high expectations, I didn’t feel as deeply moved as I had hoped. While the sushi was undoubtedly delicious and the skill level was evident, I honestly wished for a bit more uniqueness or surprise to make it truly memorable, especially considering the price range.That said, the meticulous focus on the rice and the balance with the tuna offers a charm that is hard to find elsewhere. The overall quality as high-end sushi is undoubtedly impressive, and I believe it’s worth experiencing at least once. There may be aspects that divide opinions, but for sushi lovers, this is definitely a place worth visiting.
