I finally fulfilled my long-awaited wish. I made a reservation two months ago and visited for the first time.The counter has 8 seats, and the dishes are served all at once.I enjoyed the flavors of Hokkaido starting with the appetizer of octopus and asparagus.While listening to the chef explain the ingredients, I was able to savor the sushi slowly.It was simply delicious. What a blissful time it was.Thank you for the wonderful meal today!
