I've visited Kurosaki several times, and I've always enjoyed my meals there. However, on this occasion, I had a first-time experience. They served a dish generously made with aogamo (green seaweed) that is said to be directly sourced from Amakusa. The flavor was beyond description—it's not something that can be captured with just words like "rich". I was truly moved by its deep and savory taste. Apparently, it's so rare that it doesn't even circulate in the market.It was a great meal.
