I visited Sumibi Yakiniku Horumon Sawaishi, located just a 5-minute walk from Musashi-Shinjo Station.The interior features counter and table seating.During weekdays, the menu offers courses only.We started with a toast over beer.The appetizers included tracheal cartilage sashimi and omasum sashimi, and the tracheal cartilage tasted like eating squid.The salted tongue and outside skirt were incredibly delicious! The liver was outstanding, just a quick sear was all it needed—so tasty!For the grilled meats, we had top sirloin, tri-tip, and hanging tender, which made me crave rice.The horumon selection included mountain chain tripe, cheek, abomasum, and colon, which paired perfectly with drinks.We finished off with a curry selection, featuring hearty chunks of meat and delicious curry.Dessert was vanilla ice cream.Once again, I encountered the real deal! Fresh, thick cuts of meat that were tender and delicious—"delicious" is the only word that comes to mind.The staff provided excellent service, enhancing our dining experience.As expected, this popular restaurant is hard to get a reservation at! ⭐️I've already booked for next year! ⭐️I can't wait for a whole year!It was a great meal.Thank you for the wonderful dining experience!
