Visited in July 2026.I made a reservation for the Menu LATURE PLUS (Lunch Special Course) through Tabelog. This restaurant specializes in game meat.I believe the blood macarons made with venison and the game meat pâté en croûte are their signature dishes. The ayu (sweetfish) baked in a pastry with a beurre blanc sauce was bold in its choice to omit the liver, allowing the delicate flavor of the fish to shine through, showcasing its uniqueness. The roasted hind leg of Ezo deer was incredibly delicious with no gamey taste at all.The dessert inspired by a mojito, featuring shiso and gin, was also quite interesting.Considering the quality of the dishes, this is arguably one of the best value-for-money lunch spots in Tokyo. However, it may not be suitable for those who dislike game meat.
