Visited in May 2026.Almost all the ingredients used are local.Here, you can enjoy truly innovative dishes.Many of the ingredients were new to me, and the cooking style is original and very interesting.However, I found some dishes lacking in impact when it came to the ingredients.This is a very unique restaurant, and I believe there are many dishes here that you can only enjoy at this place, so I would like to visit again at a different time.
