Of course, the quality of the ingredients is excellent, but I truly admire the dedication to further exploration without relying solely on that.When it comes to choosing favorites, I honestly can't decide.I ended up trying eight different types of sake (I missed the Japan World Cup match), and it made for a delightful evening.I’m already looking forward to my next visit!It was a great meal!
