I have eaten it at various places, but personally, I have yet to find a dish that surpasses this one.Every time I cut into it, I am amazed by the sensation. The knife glides through with almost no resistance, and when it reaches my mouth, it is astonishingly tender. Yet, the natural flavor of the meat is fully present, perfectly balanced with the sweetness of the high-quality fat.There is a comforting consistency every time I visit, making it a place I want to return to, whether for a special occasion or simply when I think, "I want to eat a delicious steak."It was a great meal.
