A sushi restaurant where you can enjoy the flavors of Kyushu's fish. The highlight of my visit was definitely the sea urchin from Amakusa. Its rich sweetness and clean aftertaste allowed me to savor the unique deliciousness of this season.The sea bream and white sweet sea bream were also outstanding, showcasing the high quality of the ingredients. I believe the ability to taste seasonal fish unique to Kyushu is one of this restaurant's greatest charms.The sushi pieces were generously sized, both in terms of the fish and the rice, providing a satisfying bite. Each piece offered a sense of fulfillment, making it a highly satisfying experience overall.It was a great meal.
