I had the opportunity to meet the chef and visited for the first time.The restaurant's sophisticated atmosphere, the chef's passion and dedication to the cuisine, and the meticulous attention to detail in the service all left me deeply impressed. It truly deserves the word "perfect."Each dish allowed me to experience the essence of the season, and the way the ingredients were showcased completely transformed my previous notions of French cuisine in a positive way.The course menu changes with the seasons, and I learned that new dishes are typically introduced every two months. This time, I enjoyed the summer course, and I am already looking forward to trying the autumn course starting in mid-September.I am sincerely grateful for the chance to discover such an amazing restaurant and for the connection made by the chef.I can't wait to visit again in the fall!
