I visited Akita and this was one of the restaurants I wanted to try. The dishes were very carefully prepared and delicious! Since it was summer, I had grilled chicken, but I heard that they serve chicken sashimi in winter, so I’d love to come back during that season. My favorites this time were the fugu (pufferfish) and junsai (water shield). Ah, I want to eat it again right now! From the initial appetizers to the soba noodles at the end, every dish paired with Japanese sake was highly satisfying. The owner and staff were friendly and shared many interesting stories, making it a truly enjoyable experience. I will definitely visit again.
