However, the MVP of the day was the Suji-Ara and the Horse Mackerel.The Horse Mackerel was particularly outstanding. I was amazed at how much flavor could be extracted from it.It seems to have been aged for 6 days, and the depth of flavor was incredible. I had mistakenly thought it would taste fishy while still retaining its freshness, but it was quite the opposite.The Suji-Ara also had a robust flavor.I usually order the Kinme with a fragrant soy sauce for my second helping, but today, unfortunately, the Suji-Ara and Horse Mackerel lacked flavor, so I opted for squid instead.Every visit brings pleasant service and new experiences, making it a place I never tire of.
