I mostly eat chicken, but I leave feeling satisfied and happy, which explains its popularity.I'm not an expert on yakitori, but the richness of the fat must come from both the ingredients and the grilling technique. It's served at a perfect temperature that makes it easy to eat right away, yet it's incredibly juicy! The initial tataki had a crispy skin with just the right amount of fat, and I was excited to see if the deliciousness would continue throughout the meal. I definitely want to come back!
