This is Yamachan in a skirt (^^)vI’ve written a light review based on my thoughts, so I hope you can skim through it easily.Thank you for your understanding. Please excuse my messy writing m(_ _)m*******************Today, I organized a private gathering with my close friends. Some of them were visiting Chisou Nishi Kenichi for the first time, and they seemed really excited about it.We were blessed with great weather today—clear skies!I was looking forward to a pleasant drive, especially since it was the first long trip in our new car, which made me quite excited. At Chisou Nishi Kenichi, seafood takes center stage in their French cuisine. My husband calls it "fish French cuisine."Previously, meat dishes were included in the course, but now it’s all about fish.To bring out the best in the ingredients, they use very little oil and butter.I believe the variety of fish you can enjoy here is unique to Chisou Nishi Kenichi. The different types of fish available each day, depending on the catch, is one of the joys of dining here. The chef engages in a game of rock-paper-scissors with fellow vendors at the market in the morning—if he wins, he gets the best fish; if he loses, just the ordinary ones?"I won today!" he says, having secured the finest ingredients from the renowned Susue Fish Shop, and he seems to enjoy the cooking process as well, haha.Today, we thoroughly enjoyed the fish from Yaizu, showcasing the true essence of fish French cuisine.Everyone who joined seemed to be moved and enjoyed themselves from start to finish.I’m glad they could participate. As always, the dishes from Chisou Nishi Kenichi left us completely satisfied.Today was no exception; everything was delicious. It was a great meal.✌︎('ω')✌︎
